Family Session at at San Diego trail

Finding new locations for my sessions is a little obsession of mine. Whether it is a trail, a new building in Downtown or a recently remodeled park, I am ALWAYS on the lookout for new places. And San Diego never disappoints: sooner or later I always find a hidden gem, like this trail. It is only a few minutes to my studio and very central, so you can bet I will be doing a lot of photo shoots here.
This big tree is the center of my sessions here and I always see it embracing the families I am photographing there. The kids can play around while I get great light and framing.
This sweet family are my neighbors and getting to see them out of the neighborhood was a treat in itself. They are so fun and the girls (and Baxter) loved the little field trip.
