Recently I’ve been asked to write an article that would be useful to moms and kids in regards to photos and I thought it would be a great opportunity to share some of my tips when it comes to selfies and self-portraits with my kids. They would cooperate in photo shoots, I would hire photographers all the time, and my husband would be delighted to snap candid shots of me and the kiddos. Ahhh wishful thinking……

Happy 4th of July!
It is my 18th year celebrating 4th of July! It is such a beautiful and fun day, and I love celebrating it with my family and friends. This year we decided to take it easy and spend the day with our sweet neighbors. BBQ, S’mores and Fireworks are on the list for our Independence Day get together. ++++NEW DATE++++ NOW it feels like Summer! June gloom is over and it is time to finally celebrate a true Summer! Calling all tiny surfers in town: it is time to sign up for my Summer Minis!!! Bring your babies and kids to the beach for a fun session! Summer – Surfboards – Sun! I will bring a couple of surfboards to use as props on the sand (no real surf here hahaha) or you can bring your own surfboard if you want to make it even more meaningful. Hello, Summer! I know it doesn’t look much like it with all the marine layer hiding our beautiful blue skies, but trust me, as soon as July hits, we will have our magical Summer again and then we will be able to have some SUPER fun Summer Sessions like these from last year.
